Due diligence deforestazione, EUDR proroga al 30 dicembre 2026 per grandi operatori e al 27 giugno 2027 per PMI
Oggi il parlamento UE ha deciso per la proroga di un anno dell’entrata in vigore della disciplina EUDR (due diligence su deforestazione e degrado forestale). Entro la fine del 2025 ci sarà il provvedimento normativo che stabilisce questa proroga. Si tratta di un evento molto interessante che consente agli operatori economici UE un’occasione per affrontare con maggiore attenzione la preparazione alla compliance alle disposizioni del regolamento UE 2023/1115.
